A New Kickboxing Fitness Course set for Tuesday 25th May @ 6pm
We are finally ready to welcome you back to ProKick, we know it's been a while but we are on our way back. On Tuesday 25th May @6pm is your rescheduled class to resume your NEW 6-week beginners course.
Due to the seven month lockdown imposed by the NI Executive - this course has been postponed until Tuesday 25th May at the time of 6pm.
You did sign-up for a New Kickboxing Fitness Course set back on Wednesday 14th October @ 8.15pm and just two weeks were completed before we were forced to lockdown. However, we will start the course from week-one, just so you can enjoy the course without a break.
Are you ready for this?! You have already signed-up up with us for a new ProKick beginners course. The 6-week fitness course will kick-off on Tuesday 25th May @ 6pm. This no-nonsense approach to fitness is an ultimate way to get fit, increase your confidence, learn new skills with techniques for self-defense in this all in one fitness special.
It will all happen in the #ProKickGym in East Belfast where you will work through the fundamentals of fitness, elements of self-defense and if you require, we will come up with a dietary plan for those serious about getting in shape.
