New Kickboxing Fitness Course set for Saturday 26th Sept @ 1.15pm
ProKick will reopen this Beginners course on Saturday 14th November @ 1:15pm. Join us for a new ProKick beginners course. The 6-week fitness course will kicked-off on Saturday 26th Sept @ 1.15pm. This no-nonsense approach to fitness is an ultimate way to get fit, increase your confidence, learn new skills with techniques for self-defense in this all in one fitness special.
